Description
The Rulers of the Cosmos faction, part of the Half the Battle expansion, excels at enhancing their minions with powerful actions. By playing actions on their minions, they unlock additional abilities, making them a formidable force. With a complexity rating of High, they offer a challenging yet rewarding playstyle. They are joined in the Half the Battle set by three other unique factions: Adolescent Epic Geckos, G.I. Gerald, and Pearl and the Images.

1x MYAAAH! - Return a play-on-minion action from one of your minions or from your discard pile to its owner’s hand. Play it as an extra action.
1x Mystic Transference - Play on your minion. Ongoing: At the start of each other player’s turn, choose one of your actions in play that gives a talent. This minion may copy that talent immediately. Talent: Transfer one of your actions between this minion and another of your minions.
1x Now You Know: Toxic Waste - Draw a play-on-minion action from your deck. Special: You may play this before a base scores to transfer an action from one of your minions to another instead; then you may use a talent on the minion the action was transferred to.
1x Powerful Sword - Play on your minion. Ongoing: This minion has the ability: “Talent: This minion is not affected by other players’ cards until the start of your next turn.” Talent: Transfer another action from this minion to another of your minions.
1x Sword That’s Powerful - Play on your minion. Ongoing: This minion has the ability: “Talent: Place a +1 power counter on this minion.” If this minion’s printed power is 5 or more, it has +2 power.

Characters
1x Gal-Woman - power 5 - Talent: Play an extra play-on-minion action from any player’s discard pile. At the end of the turn, or when it leaves play, place it on the bottom of its owner’s deck.

2x Man with Arms - power 3 - Talent: If this minion has an action on it, it gains +2 power until the start of your next turn. Ongoing: Once per turn, when this minion would use a talent given by an action, it may instead use another of its talents an extra time.
2x Frogga - power 2 - Draw a play-on-minion action off the top of your deck. Ongoing: When this minion leaves play, you may shuffle an action of it into your deck.
2x Young Noble - power 2 - Talent: If a Sword card is on this minion, swap this minion for a minion of power 5 or more from your hand, deck, or discard pile.
